About order
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with free shipping. However, import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Prior to purchasing, please check with your country’s postal/customs office to learn whether there will be a charge for your goods.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. If the item is in stock, we send it out the same day or next business day. Otherwise, it may take 5-15 business days to produce and ship the item. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We offer free shipping via UKRPOCHTA Par Avion, which takes 7-21 business days. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes. To track your order, visit the UKRPOCHTA website and enter your tracking number. If you need assistance, please email us at winzerdollshop@gmail.com.
I never got my order. What to do?

Do you accept commissions?
Yes, we make custom doll furniture in 1/6 or 1/4 size. Production time is 3-4 weeks. Depending on the degree of our workload, the terms may increase. Advance payment is not required. We will inform you when your order is ready and provide a payment link. For custom orders, just contact us.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

About our doll furniture
What materials do you use to make your doll furniture?
Our furniture is primarily made from plastic or UV resin using 3D printing technology. We then paint and upholster it with high-quality fabrics such as jacquard, velvet, nubuck, and others.
What dolls is your furniture suitable for?
Our furniture is mainly designed in 1/4 scale and is suitable for dolls approximately 16 inches tall (35-44 cm), such as Popovy dolls, Tender Creation, PashaPasha Mini, and others. Upon request, we can also scale our furniture to 1/6 size, which fits dolls of 12 inches (e.g., Barbie, Poppy Parker, Blythe, and others). Unfortunately, we are currently unable to produce furniture in 1/3 scale.
Is your doll furniture suitable for children?
Our furniture is intended for adult collectors and is not recommended for children under 14 to play with.
Will your furniture arrive intact to the customer?
We take great care in packaging our furniture, using Extruded polystyrene plates (XPS), bubble wrap, paper, and reinforcing the box with cardboard corners to ensure safe delivery to our customers.
About our dolls
What is Blank, Fullset and OOAK?
Blank. A completely nude doll. The basic sculpt with no hair, faceup*, body blush**, clothing, or accessories included unless purchased separately. For those who want to assemble/design their doll from the beginning.
*Faceup = Face Makeup = Painting the face of your doll.
**Body Blush = Body Makeup = Painting the body of your doll.
Fullset. Fully dressed, painted, and accessorized dolls, typically OOAK creations or created in very limited sets. For those who want a fully realized work of art upon arrival.
OOAK. OOAK stands for One Of A Kind. OOAK dolls are dolls that are only produced in single units for sale to doll collectors.
What are the dimensions of your dolls?
The doll's height is 43 cm (on high feet). You can find more sizes on About doll.
What skintones do your dolls have?
Available in seven skintones: Choco, Mocco, Toffee, Vanilla, Ivory, Lavender, Lotus.
When/How do I buy a fullset/OOAK?
Available fullsets/OOAK are displayed on our website as soon as they are ready to ship. Once purchased, they usually ship within 10 days of placing the order.
When/How do I order a blank doll?
On our website, we offer ready-made dolls for sale, and they are sent to the buyer within 10 days after purchase.
We can accept an order for the production of blank dolls, in which case the production time depends on our workload and the number of orders, and can be from 2-3 months or more. For doll orders or if you have any questions, please contact us.
