Payment options

Payment is made exclusively in national currency.

Payment by Visa / MasterCard:

You can pay online with a Visa and MasterCard credit card. Payment using payment cards is carried out in the following way: during the ordering process on the site, you will be asked to make a choice of payment method. In the column “Payment” you need to select “Visa / MasterCard”. After that, you will be redirected to the secure payment system page, where you will need to confirm payment and choose a delivery method.

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
If the item is in stock, we send the orders out the same day/next business day we receive them. (Please, allow us 1-3 business days to dispatch your order on the days of higher demand.)
Otherwise, we will produce and ship the item within 5-15 business days. For details, see individual items. (“Business days” are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
Please note: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

FREE shipping (UKRPOCHTA Par Avion): 7-21 business days based on the date when the order was placed.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

How can I track my order?

1. Go to UKRPOCHTA website.
2. Paste your tracking number from the “Shipping Information” email you got from Winzerdoll. If you haven’t received the email, please check your spam. If the letter is nowhere to be found we’re always happy to help
3. Press the “Track” button.

Returns & exchanges

We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads

Conditions of return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Request a cancellation possible only before the item has shipped.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
